MacBook Pro with Keyboard Problems?


Apple has announced that they are fixing eligible MacBook & MacBook Pros with keyboard problems FREE of charge.
If you’ve already paid to fix an eligible keyboard, they may give you a refund.


These are the models affected:
MacBook (Retina, 12-­inch, Early 2015)
MacBook (Retina, 12­-inch, Early 2016)
MacBook (Retina, 12-­inch, 2017)
MacBook Pro (13­-inch, 2016, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
MacBook Pro (13-­inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
MacBook Pro (13-­inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
MacBook Pro (13-­inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
MacBook Pro (15-­inch, 2016)
MacBook Pro (15-­inch, 2017)
If you own any of the models listed above and are having issues with letter or characters repeating unexpectedly, letter or characters that do not appear or key(s) feeling “sticky’ or not responding in a consistent manner, then you can get it fixed free of charge.
