MOTHERHOOD: Happy 1 Month, Everly!

It’s been one month since this little bug have won our hearts. Today she’s officially one month and 2 days old.

Everly has changed so much since she was born; it is amazing how much she has grown in just over 4 weeks. She was never tiny – weighing 9 lbs 2 oz at birth (she was already wearing size 1 diapers haha) – but she feels heavy on my arm now and is slowly starting to get those gorgeous chubby legs. I am not surprised as she is a little porker and spends most of her day stuck to my boob. All her newborn baby clothes are too small now (she out grew most of them by the time she was 2.5 weeks old). Already I feel like she is growing too fast and that time needs to slow down a bit.

Ever since we brought her home from the hospital, my little bug really has been a dream baby. She gets more precious by the day, and is well loved everyone.

Current Status:
9 pounds, 10 oz (@ 2 week check up)
22 inches
Eats 9 to 11 times a day (up to 4 oz of milk)
Longest stretch of sleep at night: 4 hours
Shortest stretch of sleep at night: 1.5 hours (And I cried the next day from exhaustion)
Wearing 0-3 month clothing
Wearing: Size 1 diapers
Breastfed, but sometimes supplemented with formula (My milk supply can't keep up with her appetite)
A real sweetie pie with the squishiest cheeks

I won't go into much detail since most of it has already been explained in her 1 Month Essentials post :)

I cannot wait to see my sweet Everly continue to grow and change. Either way, a month is nothing, compared to the vastness of experiences we'll get to have with our daughter in years to come.
Now let’s keep hoping for long stretches of sleep!
